THinking Day!!!!

20th of February was thinking day. Thinking day is a day for brownies and girl guides to celebrate the day when we was found. More tha n 60 years ago, our founder, Lord Baden-Powell, started Scouting and guiding for teenagers, i.e. boys and girls older than we are. Younger girls of between 7-11 years old also wanted to be Guides. So, to include them, Lord Baden-Powell grouped them together and called them "Rosebuds".
"Rosebuds" began to have a lot of fun doing things together and doing a lot of good work helping others. Then Lord Baden-Powell, remembering a story he once heard, thought of another mane for the,- "Brownies".
This was the story adapted from " the brownies" by Mrs Ewing.
On the 21st of February all the brownies and Girl Guides went to the Singapore Indoor Stadium to celebrate Thinking Day. It was very packed there. What did we do there you might ask, we sang songs, eat tidbits and watched the performance that's all. It was suppose to end at 5.30pm but it ended at 4pm. Not so well planned. Well that's all for now bye!
